There aren’t many things more frustrating than getting injured. Google will tell you you need to rest.
You go to the doctor and they diagnosis you with tendinitis.
Get told to rest AGAIN, and they give you anti-inflammatories.
Meanwhile as you rest you can feel your fitness AND your waistline slipping away.
You finally try to run again, and the pain is STILL there.
The next day, the pain is WORSE.
Luckily we’ve figured out the trick to get rid of tendinitis. It’s not a trick, it’s based on hard science.
