New insights and improvements

I had a year of physio in my hometown and had seen a specialist about my sore shoulder, with no improvements. So, I decided to try something different and booked a meeting with Bengal. Instantly he identified something that no one had mentioned before. He gave me a simple programme and checked in regularly. My pain is better and improving every day, I can put my jacket on without wincing for the first time in over a year! Highly recommend.

Get Back to Normal (or Better!)

Consult from an internet cartoon animal... it just sounds crazy enough to work!

TBH I didn't know how legit this would be, but it's been 3 months since my knee surgery and I'm already feeling back to normal again... perhaps even better than before.

The curated program I've been given has been great, and the weekly/bi-weekly calls to discuss progress/movements/etc. are much more efficient than anything I've ever experienced in a conventional PT setting.

If you aren't ready to put in the work, this probably isn't for you. But if you're a serious person and want to get back to normal (or better in my case), you need this cartoon animal guiding your road to recovery.

Fantastic

After 4 weeks, I'm feeling better. Still have some work to do, but the guidance and exercises are helping! After almost 3 years of pain it is wonderful to have some relief. Thankful for Bengal!

Low Back Rehab

Bengal was totally different than any of the PT professionals I've seen in person. Bengal dug deep to find out what my issues were and addressed them in ways other PTs haven't. Bengal was always there for questions that I had. I will continue Bengal's program and hope to get stronger everyday. Also Kobra, although I didn't work directly with them has been engaging and responsive on Twitter. Both very professional. 10/10

Back and better

About 3 months ago, I hurt my shoulder playing rugby. I went to the Dr. and was told PT was for lazy people and was left to my own devices. For a month, I tried rehabbing it myself to little progress. For the next two months, I hit up Kobra and we went to work. I wasn’t able to get under a barbell or any kind of shoulder rotation/work without pain. With Kobra’s help, I was able to do barbell movements again and even hit PR’s pretty quick. Now, I’m back on the field doing what I love. I couldn’t recommend Kobra enough for what he’s done and the quality service he provides. I only wish I got with him sooner.

Highly recommended rehab with Cobra

I came to Cobra with a torn hip flexor/labrum issue. Went from walking in pain to squatting and doing CrossFit movements. I can’t say enough about the rehab program and Cobra’s ability to address my injury.

From Hopeless To Healed!

Two years ago, I was an amateur kickboxer preparing for my first fight. Training twice a day, six times a week. One day I finished a routine sparring session, went home, ate, and went to sleep. The next day I couldn't lift my arm. Over the next two years, I would go through a potential surgery (I canceled at the last minute...THANK GOD I DID lol) two orthopedic specialists, three physical therapists, a round of steroid shots, and 6 rounds of PRP injections with little progress. I found Kobra & Bengal on Twitter and bought a consult with a hope and dream. I am amazed at the progress I was able to make in three weeks of running the shoulder program along with having Kobra make tweaks to my form and act as a virtual PT. I went from having shoulder pain and barely able to hold a 15 lb. dumbbell to being able to rep 25 lbs., do multiple sets of pushups, and more PAIN FREE. I wish I would've found Kobra from the beginning and saved my wallet and sanity.
